Key Birthday Party Details
- Our parties are all an awesome 90-minute birthday celebration that includes 60 minute of hands-on science, and 30 minutes designed for cake and celebrating. Our staff will take care of the set-up, clean-up, and all the awesome science.
- Our party scientists will each do 4-7 hands-on science experiments, depending on whether you select MOS or BBB theme, inside one of our labs designed especially for cool chemical reactions, slime, and color changing science experiences. You should expect that our birthday host will lead the party in the Creativity Lab at KSL from the party start time, until the completion of the science, including singing happy birthday with guests at the start of the 30 minutes allocated for food in our Imagination Lab.
- We provide all the basic tableware, including plates, napkins, tablecloths, and cutlery. All the tableware that we provide is a neutral color, so if you desire to spice it up with your child's favorite color or animated character, please bring that along with you.
- Please note that the food portion of the party is self service, as guests may remove their masks only at that time, and the party host is responsible for providing all food.
- Click the Calendar on the left tab, if you desire to check availability. There may be a party before and after your event, so for an optimal experience, please have your guests pickup 10 minutes before the conclusion of your party.
KSL tries to maintain a peanut and tree-nut free facility for the safety of all of our students, so it is essential that all food is peanut and tree-nut free.
We recommend that guests arrive no earlier than 10 minutes prior to the start of your party. Keep in mind that there may be an event 30 minutes prior and 30 minutes after your event. An extended time fee of $250 will be added to parties that exceed their assigned time by over 15 minutes.
For all Kids Science Labs parties, please note that deposits are non-refundable.
A Mysteries of Science Party (MOS) includes 10 children.
A Big Birthday Blowout (BBB) includes 20 children.
Additional Guests above the included capacity of your party, may be added for $20/child. There is also maximum capacity of child guests of 30 to ensure a five-star experience.
- The remaining balance will be charged to your credit card within one week of the party start time. Additional charges for any additional student attendees, or desired gratuity for an outstanding service by our party team, will be charged at the conclusion of the party.
- Any upgrades form MOS to BBB must be registered at least 7 days prior to your party date to ensure we are prepared to deliver the experience your child deserves.
- We will check in with you the week before your party to confirm the number of kids and any additional party related details.

- While we do have a phone service on the weekends, it is best to confirm any changes to your party at least by the Friday prior to your planned event.
